Nickelodeon Unveils First Look At "Hey Arnold!: The Jungle Movie" At SDCC 2016

Nickelodeon today unveiled a super first look at next year's Hey Arnold! as part of the networks "Happy Happy! Joy Joy!: 25 Years of Nickelodeon Original Animation" celebratory panel at Comic-Con International: San Diego 2016!

As previously reported, Nick is reviving the iconic Hey Arnold! as a television movie to answer questions about Arnold's family, and to introduce the series to a new generation of viewers.

At Comic-Con, Hey Arnold!: The Jungle Movie debuted first looks at the characters fans fell in love with in the mid-90's. All of them look the same, though Arnold seems to be sporting slightly updated attire. He's upgraded from a pullover sweater to a pullover sweater and a jacket over top of his button-down. The sneak-peek has also revealed that everyone’s favorite Pig, Abner, is back!:

Hey Arnold!: The Jungle Movie is a brand-new two-part animated Hey Arnold! TV movie that will pick up where the original series ended, resolving unanswered questions and plotlines, including Arnold finally getting answers about the whereabouts of his missing parents.
