Marketing is pivotal in shaping Nickelodeon Networks success, developing and driving strategy and implementation to achieve brand, ratings and commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

The Marketing Co-ordinator plays a key role in supporting the marketing team in the delivery of campaigns and events, taking the lead for specific elements and managing projects in helping achieve our overall goals as well as those of the wider business.

Campaign Assistance and Campaign Management

- Providing support to the Marketing Managers on campaigns

- Prepare documents, presentations and proposals as required

- Ensure all brand property files are updated regularly with the latest campaign information and brand assets

Expertise and Insight

- Perform an essential role in connecting marketing with the wider Nickelodeon divisions in the delivery of projects and developing relationships with external stakeholders such as agencies, media owners and affiliates.

- Support in the development and management of media plans, including developing and managing partner relationships E.g. Sky, Virgin etc to get support for campaigns.

- Support the development and management of taskforce teams in the development and delivery of campaigns and projects

- Adhere to and follow all Nickelodeon finance and legal processes, maintaining clear and accurate budget and spend tracking

Role-Specific Skills/Attributes

Previous experience working in a marketing role.

Managing the delivery of consumer facing campaigns – brief writing through to agency management and judging creative work.

Preferably, experience of reviewing media planning and buying recommendations and implementing across TV and print and digital.

Experience of using digital media – display advertising, key words and social media – to engage consumers.

Evidence of results from marketing campaigns delivered.

Candidates with no TV or kids experience will be considered if they have the right level of consumer campaign management and delivery experience and can demonstrate and a passion and insight for the industry.
